About Lipids@ZJU Symposium

The Lipids@ZJU Symposium is a premier scientific forum dedicated to the fundamental biology of lipids and their multifaceted roles in human physiology and disease. By integrating cutting-edge research in cell biology, biophysics, metabolism, and membrane dynamics, the symposium explores how the staggering diversity of lipid species coordinates cellular function and environmental adaptation.

Our mission is to provide a high-impact platform for uncovering basic lipid principles and their expanding biomedical horizons. By bringing together a global cohort of distinguished scientists and pioneering researchers, Lipids@ZJU fosters a culture of rigorous intellectual exchange and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Furthermore, the symposium is committed to the next generation of scientists, providing dedicated mentorship and career development opportunities for students and postdoctoral fellows to help them navigate the evolving landscape of lipid research.

Stay tuned for exciting updates on the 3rd Lipids@ZJU Symposium, coming to you in April 2027!
